You will remember that we have been fortunate enough to develop an Apiary on the Campus with the help and support of expert bee keeper Peter Jenkins, (Mel ap Griff) and today we took delivery of our first batch of Mêl Tir Glas Honey. The honey will soon be available to purchase and we will update this post with details of where to find this produce.
